ALL ALYSHAALEX JEWELLERY IS HANDMADE TO ORDER IN TORONTO, CANADA. Every item has a different lead time, AS NOTED ON THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGE. WE DO OUR BEST TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, ONCE PAYMENT CLEARS. THERE MAY BE SOME EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS.

IF THE ITEM IS ‘READY TO SHIP’ (AS NOTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE), YOUR Order WILL BE processed and shipped within 3-6 business days of placing your order.

IF THE ITEM IS ‘MADE TO ORDER’ (AS NOTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE), YOUR PIECE WILL BE HANDCRAFTED AND SHIPPED WHEN READY. THIS COULD TAKE 2-4 WEEKS. ONCE YOUR PIECE IS COMPLETE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED.

If you've ordered multiple items, THEY WILL SHIP together as one shipment, when ALL ITEMS ARE COMPLETE/READY.

Once your order is filled AND SHIPPED, we will email you a shipping notification along with your tracking number. PICK UP

We are offering cONTACT-LESS pick-up at our studio/SHOWROOM/SHOPPE RAWspace, IN TORONTO (AT CHECKOUT, PLEASE CHOOSE THE ‘PICK-UP’ OPTION). RAWspace is located at 25 lesmill road.

WE WILL EMAIL YOU ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FILLED, AND IS READY TO PICK UP. Please do not come until you have received a confirmation!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE, you can PARK IN THE PARKING LOT (SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING). WE’LL HAVE YOUR ORDER READY FOR YOU INSIDE THE SHOPPE. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER READY.
